The objectives of this convention are to allow access to art and culture to all inhabitants of the territory, in priority to children and young people as well as audiences distant from culture, to create social and territorial cohesion, and «to offer to all quality projects allowing to mobilize the different artistic and cultural actors» of the territory, and this in «co-presence» with the digital mediations by relying on the Micro-madness, in order to take into account the digital practices of the young people.

This call for projects corresponds to the fourth year of the CTEAC, the first being devoted mainly to the performing arts and associated arts, the second to writing and the third to the themes of «memory» and the relationship between «sport and culture».

Theme 1 - Breaking down barriers, opening the horizon

Building bridges between our archipelagos for a more open world. The decompartmentalization envisaged, carried out through the artistic tool, will aim to stimulate collaboration, interaction, sharing between disciplines, cultures, generations… we will come out of «silo» thinking and preconceived ideas, preconstructed, to enter an open, first, fundamental space, from which a hybrid and free creation can spring. The place of the artistic object itself may be subject to decompartmentalization, with installations outside the walls, representations in public, on markets, in an industrial or agricultural place …

Theme 2: Taking ownership of your territory

Territory - whether geographical, institutional or cultural, the territory is common to those who inhabit it. It is in him that conviviality is exercised and cultural identity is founded.
The territory Creuse Confluence, essentially rural space, is rich in many remarkable natural, built, heritage, industrial sites, linked to a past of men and women who have shaped it with knowledge, know-how, dream and technicality. With this story, and the myths and legends that are linked to it, it nevertheless requires to be revealed, valued, welded by the citizen link that the artist will build with and between the inhabitants. This is the objective of this theme, intimately linked to the idea of an identity factory, art being a lever for action in territorial dynamics.
Another approach could be essentially environmental and allow the territory to be reinvented according to climate issues, as proposed by the exhibition "Paysages à +2° " in Voironnais territory.

Il sera suivi d'un temps d'échange. Ce Forum rassemble pour vous des intervenants et personnalités de l’Education nationale (Académie de Limoges, Rectorat), du ministère de la Culture (DRAC Nouvelle Aquitaine), des responsables culture, enfance, jeunesse et de la Communauté de communes Creuse Confluence, des enseignants, directeurs d’écoles et principaux des collèges de la Communauté de communes, des artistes et partenaires culturels du CTEAC, et d’autres intervenants essentiels au fonctionnement de la convention, tels que la FOL 23.

Qui peut postuler ?

Tout artiste souhaitant s’investir sur le territoire Creuse Confluence, en menant avec les participants des ateliers et une restitution publique répondant aux trois piliers de l’éducation artistique et culturelle, à savoir : la rencontre avec un ou des artistes et la fréquentation d’œuvres d’art, l’acquisition de connaissances ainsi que la pratique artistique.

Pour déposer sa candidature

Le dossier de candidature devra comprendre :

• Une note d’intention spécifique à cet appel à projets, esquissant le projet dans ses grandes lignes et précisant les publics envisagés. Le projet doit avoir une portée territoriale, impliquant un ou plusieurs établissements : crèches, centre aérés, écoles, collèges, EPHAD, ou communes, et si possible être intergénérationnels ou inter degrés ;
• Un CV récent (si plusieurs artistes, un CV par artiste) et éventuellement d’autres documents choisis par vous pour illustrer votre pré-projet ou/et vos réalisations passées en éducation artistique et culturelle (vidéos, maquettes, extraits d’œuvres...).

Dans le cadre de la politique du ministère de la Culture donnant priorité à l’éducation artistique, la Communauté de communes Creuse Confluence a signé le 2 octobre 2021 avec les ministères de la Culture (DRAC Nouvelle-Aquitaine) et de l’Éducation nationale, pour 3 ans renouvelables, une convention territoriale pour la généralisation et la mise en œuvre du 100% EAC, coordonnée par la ville de Gouzon et associée à l’installation d’une Micro-Folie dans cette même commune.

Les objectifs de cette convention sont de permettre l’accès à l’art et à la culture à tous les habitants du territoire, en priorité aux enfants et aux jeunes mais aussi aux publics éloignés de la culture, de créer une cohésion sociale et territoriale, d’offrir à tous des projets de qualité permettant de mobiliser les différents acteurs artistiques et culturels du territoire, et cela en lien avec  les médiations numériques portées par la Micro-Folie, afin de prendre en compte les pratiques numériques des jeunes.
