It is strongly recommended to contact the Cultural Affairs Directorate – and, if applicable, the Regional Agency for Book and Reading, the Departmental Directorate of Book and Public Reading – as early as possible in the development of the project, well before the grant application files are set up. Technical advice can thus be provided to the municipality for the development of the cultural project, the recruitment of the future manager, the design of the network of equipment that will allow the pooling of functions.
