Your activity as a live entertainment entrepreneur in Nouvelle-Aquitaine
You are a live entertainment entrepreneur: find useful information to file your declarations online, your contacts in DRAC Nouvelle-Aquitaine and the platform dedicated to your activity.
The legal regime for performing arts contractors has evolved since October 1, 2019. This activity is subject to theobligation to report the activity online for entrepreneurs established in France and for those established outside France.
This regulation applies to you if you have a live entertainment activity, i.e. an activity of producer, broadcaster or tour contractor, operator of venue.
The procedures that are now completely dematerialized are accessible on the website of the Ministry of Culture in the Aids and procedures and by the links below.
- Drop your First Declaration of Contractor Activity (for the purpose of obtaining a show contractor licence)
- Drop your Renewal of Contractor Activity Declaration
- Drop your Declaration of representation(s), for profit, with participation of amateur artists
NB: Statements of occasional performances are deleted. Regulations on the obligation to use the Single Window for Occasional Performances (GUSO) is unchanged.
Infoclose the Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs (DRAC)
In order to carry out the activity of entrepreneur of live shows in France, it is mandatory to inform the DRAC of the region where the show takes place (or the region where the first performance takes place, if there is a series of performances) at least one month before the first performance.

- You are established outside the European Economic Area (EEA): Information on the provision of services in France by live entertainment entrepreneurs established outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
- If you are an entrepreneur who is a national of the European Economic Area (EEA) and wish to establish in France, please deposit your Application for recognition of title equivalent to the declaration of live entertainment contractor
