2019 saw the launch of the Orientation Scheme for the Development of Visual Arts (SODAVI) in the Centre–Val de Loire region in partnership with the Regional Council.

In the absence of a regional network already established, the process was able to be set up from the federation, in a new association entitled Become.art, a first college of 12 actors in the plastic arts sector.

2019 saw the launch of the first call for projects "Digital creativity and new digital uses". It complements the individual aid for the creation, with a scheme jointly supported by the State and the Region on the cross-over model of the national scheme of the Centre national du cinéma et de l'image animée (CNC), the Dicream and support for the creation of the Centre national des arts plastiques (CNAP)"Moving image".
The project in progress is supported in this capacity: "The Pitfalls of Pieter Bruegel" by Thomas Sipp and art historian Michel Weemans, teacher at the ENSA de Bourges (Cher), a world-renowned specialist in the Flemish Renaissance.
Some recent events in the different departments:
In the Dear, the process of merging the two associations, Emmetrop and Bandits-Mages, founders of the Antre-Peaux site allowed in January 2020, the creation of a center of contemporary art of greater capacity; the signing of a multi-party agreement (State, Region, Department, Community of municipalities) gives a new scope to the Centre de création céramique contemporaine de La Borne.
In theEure-et-Loir, creation of artist residencies shared between the ArTsenal - centre d'art contemporain and the Microfolie de Dreux, and the Ateliers de Montulé; a fourth artist residence has been created in the network of agricultural high schools in the Centre-Val de Loire, at the Lycée de la Saussaye (agglo de Chartres)? It is a partnership DRAC, DRAAF and Region.
In theIndre, a first retrospective of the engraver Cécile Reims, drawn works by artists Hans Bellmer and Fred Deux was held between May and September 2019 at the Château d'Ars (La Châtre).
In theIndre-et-Loire, the DRAC supported the launch of the fourth contemporary art centre in the region, the Garage in Amboise; and the production of two films, following the opening of the Centre de création contemporaine Olivier Debré (CCCOD). This is "Architecture is not an image" by architects F. and M. Aires Mateus" and "CCCOD, birth of a typographical character" by Thomas Sipp, a film based on the work of graphic designers André Baldinger and Toan Vu-Huu.
In the Loir-et-Cher, a new association "Zone i" Dedicated mainly to photographic work, in an old mill in the Loir valley, in Thoré-La-Rochette, rehabilitated thanks to the support of the Heritage Foundation.
In the Loiret, the Frac d'Orléans has organized the 2nd Biennale of Architecture on the theme of solitude; the Centre d'art contemporain Les Tanneries in Amilly is currently being certified; the 10 years of the regional device of the mobile gallery "La Borne", carried by The country where the sky is always blue were celebrated by the first national meeting of mobile devices in December 2019 at the Orléans Museum of Fine Arts.
